Ibo Metz

Ibo Metz has over 20 years of experience in human resources and leadership roles. Ibo is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Van Lanschot Kempen, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Worldline Merchant Services as the SVP Human Resources & IC Business Unit Retail - transformation accelerator, and as the VP Human Resources & Internal Communication. Before that, they held various roles at KPN, including VP Center of Expertise HR, VP compensation & benefits, and Director HR. Ibo also worked as the Vice President HRM at TomTom and as the Manager HRM at ENGIE Electrabel. Ibo's career began as a project manager and young potential at Boer & Croon.

Ibo Metz attended Radboud University from 1993 to 1998, where they studied Psychology and also took part in the young management program at Nyenrode and the London Business School. Prior to this, Ibo attended Titus Brandsma Lyceum in Oss, although the specific dates and fields of study are not provided.
