Ivana Sucur LLM is an experienced compliance professional, currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Compliance Business Partners at Van Lanschot Kempen since January 2022. In this role, Ivana leads a team providing compliance advisory services for various client groups, including Private Clients, Investment Banking, and Investment Management. Prior to this position, Ivana owned Maze & Co. and held multiple roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Van Lanschot Kempen, including Senior Compliance Officer. Notable past experiences include serving as a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal and working in strategy and policy at Autoriteit Financiële Markten, as well as contributing to the European Securities and Markets Authority as a member of the Investor Protection and Intermediaries Standing Committee. Ivana holds two Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees from the University of Amsterdam and a Postdoctoral degree in Financial Law from Grotius.
