Karima Grant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and innovation within the educational sector. Currently serving as the Africa Regional Representative for the Van Leer Foundation since May 2024, Karima also co-founded Ker Imagination Educational Services in January 2019 and has been the Founder/Director of Ker Imagination since January 2016. As the Executive Director of ImagiNation Afrika since 2009, Karima leads Senegal's first learning and innovation hub, focusing on creating changemakers through strategic planning, fundraising, and program development. Previously, Karima worked as an International Leadership Facilitator from 2009 to 2015, enhancing the capabilities of individuals and organizations. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from Mount Holyoke College and a Master's degree in Fiction Writing from Pine Manor College.
