Michele Silva

Michele Silva is a solution consultant specializing in machine safety at Van Meter Inc. since September 2021, with a proven track record of collaborating with end users, OEMs, and SI sales teams to deliver safety solutions, including risk assessments and validation services. Prior experience includes an automation specialist role at Werner Electric, an independent safety consultant, and various positions at Rockwell Automation, focused on machine safety and controls. Michele started with hands-on engineering roles at Te-Co Inc. and Parker Hannifin, establishing a strong foundation in mechanical engineering. Currently pursuing an MBA at the University of St. Thomas, Michele holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton.
