Spencer McCann

Spencer McCann has extensive experience in the commercial real estate and asset management industry. From 1996 to 1999, they worked as a Facilities Manager at Alcatel USA. Spencer then joined Real Estate Capital Partners in 2002 and served as a Senior Vice President with nationwide Asset Management responsibility until 2015. In 2016, they became a Principal at Greenstone Realty Advisors LLC, where they worked until 2019. During their time there, they gained experience in real estate strategy, oversight, acquisitions, and financial management. From 2017 to 2019, McCann also worked as a Principal at Brevistone, a software solutions firm specializing in lease and document abstracting tools for the commercial real estate industry. Currently, Spencer McCann is the Director of Commercial Facilities at Van Metre Companies, where they oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial assets.

Spencer McCann attended Muhlenberg College from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government.
