Matthew Vivian is an experienced real estate transactional attorney with a diverse background in land use, zoning, and local government law. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Van Ness Feldman LLP since September 2019, Matthew has represented property owners, developers, institutions, and public entities in various real estate matters. Prior roles include attorney positions at McCullough Hill PLLC and ROSS LAW ADVISORS PLLC, where Matthew focused on land use and transactional law, respectively. With additional experience as a managing attorney resolving financial distress cases and a strong academic foundation from Emory University School of Law, Matthew Vivian has cultivated a comprehensive skill set in real estate and land use legal practices.
