Ricardo Roxo

Ricardo Roxo is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on proposal and tender management in the offshore wind sector. Currently employed as a Tender Engineer at Van Oord since August 2021, Ricardo has previously held roles in proposal engineering at nVent Thermal Management and technical management at NCP S.A. Demonstrating expertise in translating client requirements into technical specifications and developing competitive proposals, Ricardo has collaborated with major EPC houses globally. Additionally, experience spans quality management at Camaral and technical support roles at FIAT Coimbra. Ricardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia de Coimbra, a Technician degree in Occupational Health and Safety, and a certificate in Offshore Wind Farm Technology from Delft University of Technology.
