Paul Hommes is an experienced compliance professional with a diverse background spanning over three decades in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Officer at Ecclesia since October 2023, Paul has previously held senior positions at Van Spaendonck and Trust Alliance Compliance Solutions BV, where expertise in national and international regulations was leveraged to assist multinationals in mitigating financial and reputational risks. Prior roles include Risk and Compliance Sales Specialist at LexisNexis, Domain Expert at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, and leadership positions at Aviva plc and Delta Lloyd NV, focusing on compliance frameworks and network development across Europe. Paul began the education journey at NibeSVV, obtaining a degree in compliance and anti-money laundering, and is continuing studies at Open Universiteit.
