Susanne Ketchum

Susanne Ketchum has a diverse work experience in the field of video production and event management. Susanne started their career in 2016 as a Video Playback/Replay Operator for Youngstown Phantoms Hockey, where they were responsible for operating video playback systems during games. In 2017, they worked as a Video Board Director for Canton City Schools Television 11, overseeing video board operations.

Susanne then joined TV2 KSU in 2016 as a Director, where they contributed to the production of broadcast content. In 2018, they became a Producer/Director for Kent State University, where they managed video boards at home athletic events and coordinated student content creation.

In 2018, Susanne also joined the Cleveland Cavaliers as a FieldHouse Creative Gameday Crew member. Susanne later transitioned to the role of Live Events Manager in 2021, where they coordinated live event videos and graphics for in-arena video board production and provided video playback support for various Cleveland Cavaliers and Monsters events.

In 2021, Susanne also worked as a Freelance Game Day Crew member for Van Wagner. Their role involved supporting game day operations for various events.

Their most recent experience includes working as a Daktronics Show Control Operator for the United States Football League (USFL) starting in 2023. In this role, Susanne operated the Daktronics Show Control system for video playback and scoreboard control during USFL games.

Susanne then decided to further their education and is currently enrolled at Kent State University, working towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Data Analytics, expected to be completed in 2023.
