Dean Strathman

Dean Strathman has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Vanair®, a Lincoln Electric Company, since December 2007. In various leadership roles, including Vice President Sales, Business Unit Manager, and National Sales Manager, Dean Strathman has contributed significantly to the company's growth and sales strategy. Prior to Vanair®, Dean Strathman worked at Koch and Company from April 1992 to August 2001 as Operations Manager for the Door Division, overseeing millwork manufacturing and technology development. Dean Strathman’s educational background includes studies at Kansas State University from August 1990 to January 1992.
