George Jason Absher

George Jason Absher currently serves as the Head of Business Development & Institutional Partnerships at Vanar, a position held since October 2023. Additionally, George holds multiple roles, including Advisor and Chief Operating Officer at Nitro League since January 2021, and is involved in Strategy Operations and Partnerships at Virtua since June 2022. As a General Partner at SL2 Capital since December 2021, George focuses on venture capital, fundraising, and incubation. Prior experience includes various leadership positions at Cummins Inc. from December 2010 to February 2021, including Business Operations Lead and General Manager. George also served as Head of Sales & Marketing for North America at Teletrac Navman from 2006 to 2010, and as Sales Manager at Ameriquest Mortgage Company from 2004 to 2006. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business (2015-2017) and a BS in Marketing and BE in Computer and Communication Engineering from Lebanese American University (2000-2006).
