Frank Gross

Frank Gross serves as the Safety Practice Leader at VHB since January 2007, bringing extensive expertise as a Highway Safety Engineer and Researcher. Prior to this role, Frank held a position as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Penn State University from August 2002 to December 2006, and worked as an Engineer in Training at Fisher Associates PE, LS, LA, DPC from December 1998 to August 2002. Frank earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University.
