Julie Johnson

Julie Johnson has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at VHB since April 2010, where expertise includes employee relations, recruitment, compensation, and performance management. Prior to this role, Julie Johnson was the Florida HR and Administrative Manager at MSCW from July 2004 to April 2010, overseeing various HR functions such as payroll systems, employee benefits, and performance management. Julie Johnson also managed HR budgets and played a key role in a company acquisition and reduction in force. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UCF, obtained in 2001, and prior studies at the University of Florida from 1996 to 1997.
