Nathan Hopper

Nathan Hopper, P.E. is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in transportation planning and traffic engineering. Currently serving as the Facility Planning and Operations Lead and previously as a Traffic Engineer at VHB since March 2014, Nathan has a background that includes transportation planning studies and traffic operation safety analyses. Prior experience includes working as Engineer I in Transportation Planning at Sabra, Wang & Associates, Inc. from June 2012 to March 2014, where Nathan conducted various traffic studies. Additionally, Nathan served as a Research Assistant at the University of Maryland from October 2010 to May 2012, developing a mesoscopic traffic model and integrating traffic signal plans. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, obtained in 2012.
