About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and a proven track record in driving high-impact digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies across various channels to drive customer acquisition and retention. This is a unique opportunity to work with high budgets and contribute directly to the growth of a global fintech product.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, implement, and oversee performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention, optimizing for key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, CAC, ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing detailed reports and insights on campaign performance. Leverage data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage performance marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with teams to develop data-driven creatives, optimize landing pages, and improve overall conversion rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to keep campaigns innovative and ahead of the curve.
  • Conduct A/B testing, bid strategies, audience targeting, and creative adjustments to scale and optimize campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with a consumer tech brand in global markets. FinTech experience is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working on global markets and managing high-budget campaigns ($100K+ per month).
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other paid media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, data analysis, and the ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Comprehensive understanding of paid media funnels, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other relevant platforms.
