Kyle Dougherty

Kyle Dougherty is currently employed at Vance Thompson Vision as a People & Culture Partner and Human Resources Vision Partner since February 2021. Prior to this, Kyle worked at Sanford Health from June 2009 to January 2021 in various roles such as Total Rewards Analyst, Compensation Analyst, Employee Relations Specialist, Employee Relations Representative, and Human Resource Assistant. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology from the University of South Dakota, earned between 2005-2010.
