Prior to these certifications, Dr. Geissal completed a Certificate in Clinician Education through the Clinician Educator Fellowship at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California from 2010 to 2011. Erik then completed a Residency in Internal Medicine at Providence Portland Medical Center from 2006 to 2009. In 2006, they earned their MD from Tufts University School of Medicine.
