Alan Caplan, MSW, RSW, possesses extensive experience in social work and clinical operations within the healthcare sector. Since June 2000, Alan has held various leadership and clinical roles at Vancouver Coastal Health, including Clinical Operations Supervisor at the STAT Centre, Senior Liaison in the Patient Care Quality Office, and Director of Experience in Care. Prior to this, Alan served as Resident & Family Services Manager at Yaletown House Society. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Social Work from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from McGill University.
