Laura Johnson

Laura Johnson is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in strategy development, content creation, and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Communications Specialist at Vancouver Coastal Health since October 2020, Laura focuses on digital communications. As the owner of Laura Johnson Communications Consulting since March 2018, Laura provides consulting services encompassing communications strategy, content creation, and social media management. Previously, Laura held the role of Communications and Fund Development Officer at Greater Vancouver Community Services Society from July 2017 to September 2020, where responsibilities included leading marketing and communications strategies and managing public relations efforts. Building on a progressive career that includes communications consultancy roles at Pivot HR Services, Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Business Studies from Simon Fraser University and pursued further education at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
