The Information Technology team at Vancouver Island Regional Library ensures the smooth operation of all digital and technological systems, supports library staff and patrons with technical issues, manages IT projects, and implements new technologies to enhance access to knowledge and library services. This includes overseeing library computer systems, networks, and software, as well as maintaining cybersecurity and data integrity.
