Agnes Tecson

Agnes Tecson, CPHR, CEBS, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in administering HR programs and providing strategic advice. Currently, as a Human Resources Consultant at the Vancouver Police Department since July 2017, and serving as a Human Resources and Benefits Specialist at Commissionaires BC since April 2011, Agnes manages the Total Rewards Program, liaises with benefits providers, and advises on HR policies and processes. Agnes holds a Diploma in Human Resources from Ashton College, a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Dalhousie University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines.
