Emily Lapper is a lawyer with expertise in constitutional and administrative law. She has worked in both the public and private sectors, as well as for non-profits. Emily currently practices as Legal Counsel in the Legal Services Branch of the Ministry of Attorney General. Prior to this role, Emily was Senior Litigation Counsel for the British Columbia Civil Liberties Association. Emily holds a law degree from the University of Victoria and a bachelor of arts from the University of British Columbia. She volunteers as a coach for Allard Hall’s Laskin Moot team at UBC, sings with YVR Pop Choir, and is an avid reader.
