Heather Strauser, LNHA, MBA, is an experienced healthcare administrator currently serving as the Administrator for Vancrest Health Care Centers since May 2017. Concurrently, Heather works as a waitress at Waldo Peppers Bar and Grill, skillfully assisting guests with menu choices. Previous roles include Administrator at Embassy Healthcare and Edgewood Manor Nursing Center, as well as STNA positions at Ottawa County Riverview Healthcare Campus and Parkvue Care Center, where patient care and monitoring were primary responsibilities. Heather possesses an M.B.A. from Tiffin University and a B.A.Sc. in Long Term Care Administration/Management from Ohio University.
