Chelsea Narcisse

Chelsea Narcisse has a robust background in healthcare IT project management and consulting, currently serving as an IT Project Manager at Vanda Pharmaceuticals since June 2019. Notable accomplishments include managing over $5M in healthcare IT programs, leading Epic EHR and Salesforce CRM implementations that significantly improved clinical efficiency and user adoption, and automating Medicare claims workflows, enhancing reimbursement cycles. Previous experience as a Scrum Master at the Tennessee Department of Health involved facilitating Agile practices that improved team performance and data integration with public health systems. Chelsea Narcisse holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Prairie View A&M University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Data Science at Meharry Medical College.
