Mathieu Roelens

Mathieu Roelens is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Team Manager Legal M&A and Legal Consultant at Vandelanotte since September 2014. In this role, Mathieu provides comprehensive legal assistance to entrepreneurs, focusing on corporate law, commercial law, and contracts, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions. Mathieu handles both national and international matters and contributes to internal and external training programs while engaging in research and development of improved client services.
