Plaza Timo Plaza is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Culinary Manager at Vandelay Hospitality Group since March 2022, Plaza also holds the position of Executive Sous Chef at Abacus-Jasper's Restaurant Group since June 2018 and Sous Chef at Town Hearth Steak House since July 2017. Prior experience includes a long tenure as Executive Sous Chef at Jasper's Restaurant from May 2003 to June 2017, as well as at Kent Rathbun Concepts from February 2001 to June 2017.
