Arnaud COLLAS is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in driving strategic growth and innovation across various sectors, particularly in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the International Pastry Category Leader at Vandemoortele since September 2022, Arnaud is responsible for managing category development across Europe, the USA, and Asia. Prior roles include Marketing & Innovation Consultant at The House of Marketing, where product development initiatives with major brands such as Mars and Lotus Bakeries were led. As Central Western Europe Marketing Director for Rémy Cointreau, Arnaud defined marketing strategies across 20 markets and coordinated multiple brand teams. Previous experience includes significant roles at The Coca-Cola Company, D.E MASTER BLENDERS 1753, Nestlé Waters, and in marketing agencies such as Publicis Conseil and BETC. Arnaud holds various degrees in Marketing from prominent institutions, including a DESS from Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management and a Master’s degree from Université Paris Dauphine.
