Benoît Dewaele

Benoît Dewaele has extensive work experience in the IT field. Benoît is currently serving as the CIO - Group IT Director at Vandemoortele since January 2019. Prior to this, they were the IM Manager Europe at Barry Callebaut from July 2013 to December 2018. From June 2012 to July 2013, Benoît worked as the IT Director at Capsugel. Benoît also held various roles at Capsugel, including IT Manager, Program Manager, CRM Head and special projects, and Supply Chain Engineer from 2005 to 2012. Before joining Capsugel, Benoît worked at Accenture as a Manager from March 2005 to December 2005 and as a Consultant from September 1999 to March 2005.

Benoît Dewaele attended Sint-Jozef College Aalst from 1989 to 1994, where they studied Latin-Mathematics. From 1994 to 1998, they pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at KU Leuven. Later, in 1998 and 1999, they enrolled at Vlerick Business School for a Master's in General Management (MGM) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
