Frans Bosman is currently an advisor at Van den Bosch. Prior to this, they worked as a business analyst at Johnson Controls from January 2017 to July 2018, and as a supervisor of inventory at Medtronic from February 2016 to December 2016.
At Johnson Controls, Bosman was responsible for projects related to the merger between Tyco and Johnson Controls. Frans provided support to the Sr Manager Fullfilment Excellence EMEA and collaborated with colleagues in Asia Pacific and North America, as well as working with the regional teams in EMEA.
Bosman's responsibilities included driving continuous improvement and cost reduction projects, evaluating and analyzing the fulfillment network, and being engaged in multiple site and business-wide projects/programs concurrently. Frans also assisted in group workshop planning and delivery, and applied OpEx (Six Sigma and Lean) tools and techniques to project execution.
At Medtronic, Bosman's role as supervisor of inventory entailed managing inventory levels, overseeing stock counts, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining inventory records.
