Kathleen Budrean

Kathleen Budrean is the current Chief Operating Officer at Vander Weele Group, where she is responsible for operations of a niche consulting firm specializing in federal grant monitoring and regulatory compliance. Prior to this, she worked as a Program Manager at Safe Humane Chicago, where she played a key role in establishing a program providing second chances for canine victims of abuse and neglect. She also served in roles at The Bradford Group, Harrington College of Design, Draft Worldwide Inc, and Frankel & Co, focusing on human resources, organizational effectiveness, recruiting, and employee relations. Kathleen holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
