Sam Downs

Sam Downs is currently a 2024 Fall Philanthropy Intern at Nissan Motor Corporation and a Project Consultant at Bridgestone Americas, both positions held since September 2024. Additionally, Sam serves as a writer and Social Media Director for the Vanderbilt Political Review since August 2023. In the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, Sam has been active as a fraternity member and Co-Head of House for Corporate Law since February 2023. Prior experience includes an internship with the State of Tennessee as a Boards and Commissions Intern from September 2023 to December 2023, a legal internship at Borge Law Firm P.A. in July 2023, and a dual role as a Physician Shadow and Medical Receptionist at Paul F. Rockley, M.D., Dermatology Office from May 2022 to August 2022. Sam is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Medicine, Health, & Society and Political Science, with a minor in Human & Organizational Development at Vanderbilt University, expecting to graduate in May 2025.
