Jodi Barbera

Jodi Barbera, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Associate Director of Revenue Cycle for Vanderbilt University Medical Center, overseeing the professional billing account management department. Jodi has extensive experience in operational improvement, strategic planning, and account management, utilizing Lean methodology to enhance departmental functions and resource allocation. Prior to this role, Jodi held various leadership positions at Villa of Hope, including Director of Strategic Partnerships and Program Development, where responsibilities included developing start-up initiatives and managing strategic partnerships. Jodi's background also encompasses significant experience in addiction treatment services and quality improvement education, with a foundational career in addiction therapy at Unity Health System. Academic qualifications include an Executive MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Psychology from SUNY Brockport.
