Olivia Bryant

Olivia Bryant's work experience begins in 2004 as a Public Relations and Communications specialist at Beaumont Health System. In 2005, they worked as a Marketing & Public Relations analyst at Neville McCarthy Associates. In 2007, they became an Analyst, Internal Consultant, and Patient Advocate at William Beaumont Hospital. In 2011, they briefly worked in Corporate Strategy and Business Development at McKesson. From 2012 to 2015, Olivia served as a Manager and Principal Consultant at The North Highland Company, where they focused on healthcare projects. Olivia joined Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2018 as a Senior Director and later served as Executive Director. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Vice President - Health Professional Solutions at Vanderbilt.

Olivia Bryant has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human and Organizational Development, with a pre-medicine focus, from Vanderbilt University. Olivia also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Vanderbilt University, with a specialization in Healthcare, Strategy, and Operations. Prior to their higher education, Olivia attended Cranbrook Schools from 1990 to 2002. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Quality from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Open School - University of Minnesota Chapter, and in Yellow Belt from Six Sigma.
