Rebecca currently holds the position of Vice President of Crisis Communications at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Prior to this, they worked at FINN Partners as a Partner and Vice President. Rebecca also served as the Director of Communications at Battle Ground Academy. Rebecca has experience in the public relations sector, having worked as a Senior Director at Burson-Marsteller and a Senior Account Executive at DVL Public Relations & Advertising. Rebecca also has a background in change management and communications, having worked as a Manager at Deloitte. Rebecca has entrepreneurship experience as the Founder and Executive Editor of Julep Magazine. Rebecca also held leadership roles as President at Heritage Media LLC and Chief of Staff to the Worldwide Vice Chairman at Burson-Marsteller / Penn Schoen Berland. Earlier in their career, they worked at ABC News in a role with Nightline.

Rebecca Warren holds a BA degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from The George Washington University. In addition, they have obtained the SHSMD Health Care Marketing Credential in Marketing Plans, Communications, & Market Research from the Society for Health Care Strategy & Market Development (SHSMD) in 2023.
