Robin Ferrin

Robin Ferrin, CPC, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Patient Financial Services at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, a position held since August 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Revenue Cycle Manager at SaVida Health, Coding and Billing Manager at Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, and Department Manager at TriStar Centennial Medical Center, where extensive administrative and project management responsibilities were undertaken. Additional positions include Director of Special Events at the American Cancer Society and Department Manager at Excellus BCBS, with the early career spent at CLIFTON SPRINGS HOSPITAL & CLINIC, Medical University of South Carolina, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of various states. Robin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of South Carolina and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Cayuga County Community College.
