Corey Wiseman

Corey Wiseman is a dedicated and experienced individual currently studying Biochemistry and Computer Science at Vanderbilt University, expected to graduate in 2025. Since August 2021, Corey has served as a Clinical Shadow, gaining valuable insights across various medical specialties, including Nuclear Radiology, Orthopedic Surgery, and Thoracic Surgery, among others. Additionally, Corey functions as a Teaching Assistant for Discrete Mathematics, engages in bioinformatics research with a focus on Aspergillus fungi, and holds multiple positions within Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, such as Scholarship Chair and Project Safe Liaison. Work experience includes leadership as a Shift Lead at Andy's Frozen Custard and active participation with the American Red Cross as a blood and platelet donor. A strong foundation in computer programming is evident through proficiency in Python and C++.
