Esther Ukachukwu

Esther (Destiny) Ukachukwu is a dedicated scholar and emerging professional currently pursuing a dual Bachelor of Science in Human & Organizational Development and Computer Science at Vanderbilt University. With experience as a Scholar at Thrive Scholars, Esther engages in critical discussions on global crises and enhances leadership and technical skills through mentorship from industry professionals. As a Fellow with Leaders for Life, Esther has networked with distinguished figures and demonstrated academic excellence by securing a notable scholarship. Esther contributes to the QuestBridge Scholars Network as a mentor, supports prospective students as a hostess for campus events, and has honed customer service skills as a barista. Previous internships include roles in investment banking, product management, and research, showcasing a blend of analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Esther also takes proactive steps to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within professional environments through leadership in Alpha Kappa Psi.
