Kevin Borgic, CPCE, CMP, currently serves as the Director of Catering Operations at Vanderbilt University, a position held since July 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Catering Supervisor at Aramark, where responsibilities involved client relationships, contract sales, and event execution at the University of South Florida (USF) from February 2014 to July 2017. Additionally, Kevin owned Confections by Kevin from February 2015 to November 2016 and worked as an Event Planner at USF's Marshall Student Center from December 2009 to February 2014, managing over 5,000 meetings and events annually. Early career experience includes a role as State Ambassador/Intern for the Illinois Pork Producer Association in 2003. Kevin holds a Master of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of South Florida.
