Will Hancock has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2015, they worked as a Resident Assistant at Hardin-Simmons University. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a College Intern at Pioneer Drive Baptist Church. In 2017, they worked as a Camp Counselor at Cho-Yeh Camp and Conference Center and also as a Children's Program Work Study at Mission Waco. In 2018, they served as the Columbus Avenue Baptist Church theCENTER Youth (CIT) Coordinator and as a Volunteer Program Assistant at Mission Waco.
