Will Hancock

Will Hancock has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2015, they worked as a Resident Assistant at Hardin-Simmons University. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a College Intern at Pioneer Drive Baptist Church. In 2017, they worked as a Camp Counselor at Cho-Yeh Camp and Conference Center and also as a Children's Program Work Study at Mission Waco. In 2018, they served as the Columbus Avenue Baptist Church theCENTER Youth (CIT) Coordinator and as a Volunteer Program Assistant at Mission Waco. In 2020, they worked as a Recovery Chaplain at Baylor University. From 2021 to 2022, they held the role of an Undergraduate Admissions Counselor at Houston Christian University. Currently, they are employed as an Executive Search Recruiter at Vanderbloemen, where they are responsible for recruiting, organizing, and sourcing senior-level staffing for churches, private schools, and non-profits.

Will Hancock completed their education at Baylor's Truett Seminary, where they earned a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree in Theology/Theological Studies. Will attended Truett Seminary from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Hardin-Simmons University from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History. In addition to their formal education, Will Hancock also obtained certification as a Stephen Minister from Stephen Ministries in December 2020.
