Erin Lester

Erin Lester is an experienced professional in recruiting technology operations with a strong background in implementing and managing SaaS recruiting software and systems. Currently serving as the Product & Marketing Operations Owner at VanderHouwen since August 2006, Erin has effectively strategized and configured tools such as Bullhorn ATS/CRM and various innovative recruiting technologies to enhance recruitment processes. Erin's previous roles at VanderHouwen, including Director of Recruiting Technology Operations and Operational Quality & Training Director, involved deploying systems, training staff, and ensuring operational efficiency. Prior experience includes managing staffing vendor programs at Adecco, providing executive support at KentuckyOne Health, and various administrative roles in government and nonprofit organizations. Erin holds a MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Spanish Language and Literature from Southern Oregon University.
