Rick Barnett

Rick Barnett has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. Rick has held various leadership positions in different companies, including Vandor Corp, Osborn, Mancor Ohio, voestalpine Rotec Incorporated, Stant USA Corporation, Indiana Marujun, LLC, Tomasco / Indiana Marujun, LLC, Humanergy, and FreePlay Inc. Their roles have included Vice President of Manufacturing, Director of Operations, Director of Continuous Improvement, AGM, VP of Operations, Plant Manager, and Executive Coach. Throughout their career, Rick has focused on achieving operational excellence, implementing continuous improvement strategies, leading business transitions, and meeting customer requirements while ensuring profitability and employee engagement.

Rick Barnett attended Elkins Institute from 1981 to 1983 where they obtained a degree in Electrical-Electronic Technology (EET). After this, they enrolled in Indiana Wesleyan University to pursue a degree in Business, although the specific dates and completion status of this degree are unknown.
