Anoushka Bhardwaj is a seasoned mental health professional with diverse experience in psychology and wellness. Currently serving as a Mentor and Counseling Psychologist at Vandrevala Foundation and acting as the Founder of Anandhara Wellness, Anoushka offers a range of therapy services through a dedicated online platform. Previous roles include Psychologist at Vardan Multispeciality Hospital, Clinical Psychology Intern at Fortis Healthcare, and Assistant Psychologist at multiple organizations. Anoushka has also contributed as a Web Content Writer for Nettv4u and as a Co-Founder of The Healing Cave.
