Will Gray

Will Gray has a diverse work experience in operational risk and project management. Will started their career as a Portfolio Team Manager at Macquarie Group from March 2008 to March 2010. From March 2010 to June 2012, they worked as an Operational Risk Analyst at the same company. Will then moved to VanEck, where they held multiple roles. Will worked as an Operational Risk Analyst from January 2013 to February 2016, then became a Director of Operational Risk from March 2016 to present. In January 2018, they also took on the role of Director of Operational Risk and Project Management at VanEck.

Will Gray attended SHORE from 1992 to 2001 for their primary and secondary education. From 2002 to 2007, they pursued a degree in Engineering/Commerce at the University of Sydney, focusing on E-Commerce Engineering and Accounting. In 2011 to 2012, they obtained a Diploma of Financial Planning from Kaplin Professional, specializing in Investment, Superannuation, and Insurance. Lastly, from 2018 to 2020, they attended Columbia Business School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
