Recruiting Coordinator Lead at Vangst

Anthony Medina has a diverse work experience beginning in 2002 as a Camp Counselor and Lifeguard for TVYC, Mount Aetna Camp and Laurel Lake Camp. In 2006, they became the Summer Camp Programs Director for Laurel Lake Camp. In 2009, they joined the US Army and held various roles, including Cryptologic Linguist, Battalion Operations Senior Enlisted Supervisor, Low Level Voice Intercept Team Member, and Signals Intelligence Section Leader. In 2014, they created and wrote for the En Vino, Let's Get Lost Blog. In 2015, they were an Assistant Features Editor and Staff Photographer for The Whit. In 2016, they were an Intern Reporter for NJ Advance Media and a Web Producer for SNJ Today. In 2017, they were a Full Stack Web Development Student for Covalence - Coding Bootcamp. In 2019, they were an Administrative Assistant for MERC (McKee Employees' Recreational Center). Most recently, in 2021, they became a Recruiting Coordinator Lead for Vangst, where they perform Sourcing and Onboarding in support of the Gigs Team while also managing the rest of the recruiting coordinators and helping to produce internal SOPs and other training material for the department.

Anthony Medina began their educational journey in 2002 when they attended Garden State Academy. Anthony then went on to attend Southern Adventist University from 2004 to 2009, where they studied Theology/Theological Studies and Pre-Dental Training. In 2014, they enrolled at Rowan University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism in 2016. In addition, Medina has obtained two certifications from JobAdder in 2022, one for Getting Started and one for Compliance.
