Ciera Parks, MHRD, SHRM-CP has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources. Ciera began their career in 2007 as a Human Resources Office Assistant at Rollins College. In 2011, they held a Group Chaperone-Summer Position at Centro Panamericano de Idiomas and an Account Manager at Max Mehra Collections, LLC. From 2013-2015, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and a Human Resources Generalist at Center for Urban Families. From 2016-2017, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Social Solutions and a Human Resources Business Partner at Amazon.
