Jessica Meltzer

Jessica (Halpern) Meltzer has extensive experience in philanthropy, legal support, and political advocacy. Since May 2014, Jessica has served as Chief of Staff and held various managerial roles at Vanguard Charitable, where responsibilities have included providing premium client service, managing programs, and conducting cross-departmental projects. Prior legal experience includes positions as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant at Kessler Topaz Meltzer and Check, LLP, and as a Legal Assistant at Silverang, Donohoe, Rosenzweig & Haltzman, LLC, where support was provided for litigation processes and trial preparations. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Environmental Studies, and African Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with additional education at the University of Cape Town and General Assembly. Jessica has also contributed to community organizations and political initiatives throughout various internships and volunteer roles.
