Grant Knass

Grant Knass is an experienced Clinical Trial Associate with a solid background in supporting clinical studies across various therapeutic areas. Currently, Grant serves at AlloVir, focusing on a phase III study related to adenovirus infection. Previous roles include positions at Reata Pharmaceuticals, Imara Inc., and EQRx, where responsibilities encompassed planning, start-up activities, and oversight in phase 2a and phase II and III oncology trials.
