Michael Gomez

Michael Gomez has extensive work experience in the logistics industry. Michael started their career in 1993 at Transworld Group of Companies as a Shipping & Systems Executive. From there, they joined Phili Orient Lines Vietnam as a Shipping & Systems Manager in 1997. In 1998, they joined Vanguard Logistics Services as an IT Support Manager for Asia & Europe, and later became the Director (Global) of Technical Services from 2001 to 2012. From 2013 to 2018, Michael served as the Managing Director for the Indian Subcontinent & Middle East at Vanguard Logistics Services. Most recently, they held the position of Regional Managing Director for South West Asia at Vanguard Logistics Services starting in January 2019.

Michael Gomez studied at St. Joseph's College in India, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from 1988 to 1991. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary education, focusing on Maths & Science, at Don Bosco Mat. Hr. Sec School from 1986 to 1988. After their bachelor's degree, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science at the same institution from 1991 to 1993.
