Kirk Fletcher

Kirk Fletcher is an experienced ink technician currently employed at Vanguard Companies since July 2023. Prior to this position, Kirk worked as an inplant ink technician at INX International Ink Co. from October 2022 to July 2023 and held an ink technician role at Vanguard Packaging from January 2020 to October 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a lab manager at GRPI and as a color matcher at Flint Group. Kirk’s career began as a graphic technical manager at American Color Technology. Throughout these roles, responsibilities have included the formulation of various printing inks, coatings, and colorants, utilizing technical laboratory equipment such as radial spectrophotometers, and engaging in weekly customer meetings to address operational issues. Kirk completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at the University of Central Missouri from 2006 to 2010.
