Juan graduated from Cardinal Newman High School in Santa Rosa and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston College. Juan returned to the Bay Area to excel in the retail industry, working with both Macy's Department Store and Target Stores. Juan joined the Real Estate profession in 2001, seeking to develop and grow his own business entrepreneurship.

Juan is an esteemed Realtor, highly regarded by his clients and real estate professionals in the field. Juan has served as Chair for the North Bay Association of Realtors, Santa Rosa Chapter. Juan was chosen by his peers as the Realtor of the Year in 2017 and received the North Bay Business Journal Latino Business Leadership Award in 2017.
